Kicks have no sole and no laces to fix. Foot guards in martial arts are made of molded foam under a robust outer shell. They are mainly intended to protect the upper foot, the ankle and the instep. So that your kicks do not slip and you have a good grip on the sports floor mats, there are the special Velcro straps as a closure system. They run from behind above the ankle to the front and cross the instep there before they reappear under the foot below on the other side. Returns Policy
